We adopted twin boys, age 2.5 years, on Christmas Eve.
It took them 5 days to settle in to their tough life in Sunset Heights, SF.

Home prices, in SF are stagnant, neither going up or down, in any significant measure.... BUT .... apartment prices ARE going up.... in SF, and in many places....
